Catherine is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching and playing sports with a mathematical eye, which she feels make competitions more interesting and vibrant! Rather than framing math as “too difficult to learn” or “something we’ll never use,” she believes math is woven into our day-to-day lives and is a subject to be appreciated, enjoyed, and celebrated.

Catherine Haight is an attorney who founded a legal software company. She ties her love for the law with her love for sport: both law and sport have rules, a judge/referee, and competitors who agree to follow the rules and abide by the judge’s decision.
